This is the third PC I have gotten from you. I keep coming back because the products are great. The last two items I purchased were desk tops. This is the first time I ordered a laptop from you. It worked great until I tried to put a CD in. The whole outside cowling fell apart. I was able to get the CD back out but was was really disappointed that it didn't work. I don't use the DVD drive that much so I can live with it. Just wish it worked as advertised. You get what you pay for and I'm ok with my purchase. Thank you, and Happy holidays!
