Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.



All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your RMA Number in the address line, and mail your return to the following address:

We will supply a return label at no charge.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $1,000.00.
  • Returns sent with no RMA number, or mailed to any other address will be returned to sender.
  • Discount Computer Depot offers free replacement during an extended period of 30 days from date of purchase. This extended replacement time period extends beyond the 14 day free return time period, and allows our customers to receive a free replacement even if they are no longer in the window of time that we allow returns. If you are outside the free return window (14 days) and the free replacement window (30 days) then you will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Free 1 Year Warranty for a period of 1 year, unless you have purchased additional warranty protection at time of purchase.

Shipping uses FedEx as the primary carrier for most items. 

Tracking numbers for your purchase are sent by email upon completed payment and pickup of products by the carrier. 

Typical shipping time quoted by FedEx is 3 business days, this time is subject to carrier's ability to meet this quoted time and not guaranteed.

Most items include free shipping, please refer to the specific item listing for more specific information.
