Dell refurbished computer great for elderly mother

This came on time, and is perfect for my elderly mother. Not to fancy but something that can let her communicate with family members in other states. The only thing that is wrong is the wifi adapter, it will not download to the Windows 7 Pro. So it has to be hard wired to the modem.
